Hi! I’m Grant Kropfeld, licensed realtor with the MI Sold Team and the Sunny State Team (Florida). With over 4 years experience as a full-time agent and hundreds of transactions I have personally worked to close, I'm prepared and excited to help you to achieve your real estate goals.

A little about me... After only a few months into my real estate career, I began serving as a local regent for my board of realtors. I continue sitting as a regent today and have now joined the community outreach committee as well, to better stay in touch with my neighbors and give back wherever I can.

Outside of my board duties, I currently serve in the Michigan Army National Guard as an infantryman and team leader; always ready to sacrifice at the highest level for my country that I love so deeply.

As my passions for helping others has only grown over time, I have recently spent over 2 years volunteering on the crisis and suicide hotline as a crisis counselor, helping those in need get the help they deserve. As of 2021, I have also accepted a role as an ambassador for the Guardian Angels Medical Service Dogs Foundation, that provides service dogs for our men and women who have served us overseas and at home. A portion of every commission I earn is donated directly to GAMSD on my client's behalf.

Through my dedicated time and experience in the real estate industry, I am now humbled to be able to serve other realtors as well; following a longtime passion of mine, I have begun coaching other agents across the country on elevating themselves and their businesses to the next level.
